**Canadian Newcomers Program: Started and expanding this, where Bike Edmonton helps newcomers get set up with bikes in Edmonton
**Bike Ambassador Program: show people the ropes of riding and give them tips
**Boyle Street Tune-ups: providing tune-ups and a card that provides members of Boyle street service and parts at Bike Edmonton. Have provided 2-page COVID-19 prevention document.  Went through 13 people for tune-ups in 2.5 hours.  Provide lights and educate around visibility.
