The duties of the Vice President shall include:
- Acting in the absence of the President.
- Serving on the Executive Committee.
- Learning the duties of the President and keeps informed on key issues.
- Working closely as consultant and advisor to the President.
- Taking a leadership role secondary to the President
- Acting as a signing officer for cheques and other documents.
- Orienting the new Vice-President.
