The duties of the Vice President shall include:

  • Acting in the absence of the President.
  • Serving on the Executive Committee.
  • Learning the duties of the President and keeps informed on key issues.
  • Working closely as consultant and advisor to the President.
  • Taking a leadership role secondary to the President
  • Acting as a signing officer for cheques and other documents.
  • Orienting the new Vice-President.
