South Shop Lease Renewal (20 min)
- Summary from discussion with landlord
- Current least ends at end of November 2023
- Important to note that not renegotiating lease is not an indication of any plans to reduce staffing or shop spaces
- Propose to use winter to move/prepare new space, have new space operational in March
- There are 2 opportunities currently available for lower to no rent spaces
- Previous lease also included clause relating to market rates for space
