*January picked up a bit in the shop. There's been some nice work done on the overhead shelving. System is set up for eco-trust grant tracking. Done some strategic planning for shop operations, looking at pros and cons of continuing to offer full-service repair for one thing, and there is a volunteer survey out on that topic. >70 tuned bikes in storage for the spring sale, and lots in the shop as well.
