	These bylaws were approved by Special Resolution at the 2013 [[~~2013_AGM\|~~Annual General Meeting]] held on October 6, 2013. The overview of the changes made at that meeting can be reviewed [[Media:EBC 2013 Bylaw Amendments.pdf\|here]] (note: only the motion to add the AGCL section was approved).
