	These bylaws were approved by Special Resolution at the 2016 [~~hhttp~~://edmontonbikes.ca/w/2016_AGM#Special_Resolution_.2810_min.29 Annual General Meeting] held on October 2, 2016. The amendment was to sections 4a "Duties of the Board of Directors" and 6g "Election of the Board of Directors."
