• Option 1: meet at BWN and meander to Lee's
• Option 2: meet at BWN and meander to Chris'
• Option 3: meet at BWS and meander to Chris'

• Group Ride
  • determine route
  • getting someone to pull the trailer for grocery pick up
  • get Chris Chan to do his bike speakers
  • leading grocery scavenger hunt
  • pay for groceries (to be reimbursed)
  • keep ride on time

• Food/Potluck
  • dishware (plates, cups, cutlery) pickup/return from Earth's General Store
  • set up food at host site (miss the ride)
  • allergy labels
  • pick up beverages, alcohol
  • get volunteer bar person

• Venue
  • liaise with venue host
  • skip ride to help set up venue
  • help prep potluck
  • help prep volunteer award space
  • get volunteers for clean up (7 people said they would from our survey)

• Volunteer Awards
  • finalize nominations
  • collect prizes
  • choose winners and write speeches for the presentation of each award
  • Grainge, Allsop, Helgesen, Pal, Kornelsen memorial awards? (Chris Ch may have something ready)
  • formally present awards at event

• Volunteer Competitions
  • get the competiton supplies
  • collect swag/prizes
  • set up the competition sites
  • MC the competitions
  • present prizes

• Dance Party
  • find DJ(s)
  • find sound equip (if not present at host's house)
  • decorations? (get Chris Chan to bring his light that reacts to sound)
  • clean up
