Ok party plannin' peeps, we need to get our sh!t together!
Here's Google's visual "summary of responses" from the survey.
- 21 respondents.
- 11 people prefer Saturday May 4. 9 people prefer Friday May 3. So pretty close...
- The top 3 "very interested" (tied) = house party, group ride, prom
- The top 3 "very interested + interested" beginning with highest score = house party (15), group ride (14), prom (9)
... so I think we have the message that house party and ride are the way to go.
Nathan said he is up for event planning. 7 others said they'd be happy to help out for event set up on the big day.
MEETING about next steps: Which day can you meet on? 1. Sunday April 14 @ 11am-1pm 2. Monday April 15 @ 5:30pm-7:30pm? or 7-9pm 3. Tuesday April 16 @ 5:3pm-7:30pm? or 7-9pm

Most people, as Anna said, like house parties and group rides. So why not combine the two? A semi-short (e.g. an hour) group ride ending up at the house party location. That way, those that don't want to do the ride but would come to the house party can easily do so. We can even make it a dance party for those who want it to be!
Just throwing ideas out there. It's getting closer. -Lee

- Log Cabin? Alex lived there when we used that space so I'm not sure that Andrea would let us use it this time...
