The Board is proposing to make two amendments to our current bylaws. Amending the Bylaws can only be done by Special Resolution and must be voted on by the membership. The amendment can only be passed by a vote of not less than three quarters of the voting members attending the General Meeting.

Please [[Media:EBC 2013 Bylaw Amendments.pdf|review the proposed changes]], along with the most recent version of EBC's bylaws. The purpose of the two amendments are as follows:

* '''Amendment 1:''' to broaden the number of eligible candidates who can run for election on the Board of Directors.
* '''Amendment 2:''' to ensure the EBC bylaws comply with Alberta Gaming and Liquor requirements for non-profits recieving Casino revenue funds.
