Address information gathering, discuss past survey/strategic plan, create timeline of events from here.

Notable that, as of right now, EBC is equated with Bikeworks (Community Bike Shop).  Notable is the extensive survey from 2011 centered around that service; not the only service EBC offers.  Dissonance between the services rendered and actual membership; seems that membership is predominantly correlated with BW.

Finding our members: how can we reach out to, and get feedback from, a larger body of people rendering our services.

Streamlining the “Big Data” within the organization, eg, amalgamation of volunteer resource databases between events, infrastructure, civic representation, Bikology, etc..

Defining our membership base: roles, interests, perks and privilages.

Information gathering:

Small survey over holidays as preliminary information gathering targeting previous performance within services rendered.  Send out for December 18 meeting, deadline January 15th.

January = 60 minutes to prioritize and brainstorm with information.

March = Create Spring Survey

May-June = Large Survey for a future projection: how we’re doing and ideas to go from here.

July-August = Compile information

Sept/Oct = AGM
